Okay. So lately I have been going through some old photos I have on my computer. Let me just say. Yikes! It makes me wonder why I thought that was so good at the time or why the edits I applied were even skillful. However, I must say this… if it weren’t for those photos, I would never know where I’ve been. It has actually been very exciting to see my growth and progression in the Photography and Design areas of my life.
Two years ago I started taking classes in college to help me better understand the basics of all these creative subjects and I’ve come so far! I will be forever grateful to my mentor and the time and interest she has given me to help me improve.
Below is a photo I took in May 2010 of my friend Christie Smith and her roommates. After I was done editing at the time, it was a hit. Everyone loved it. I even loved it. But looking back now, I don’t know why I loved it. I have re-edited it with new techniques that I have learned over the last year.
